Mary is an aerospace engineering graduate from the University of Texas at Austin. She has 24 years of experience in the aerospace industry, working with major aerospace contractors.
Mary is a recognized expert in the NASA community as a key contributor to the development and verification of the ISS Active and Passive Thermal Control Systems. She has many years of experience in analytical integration, testing, and flight operations support.
Steve Schaff - Vice-President/Co-owner
Steve possesses a mechanical engineering degree from Baylor University, and also owns a masters degree in business finance from UHCL. He has 22 years of experience in the aerospace industry, working with Boeing, Oceaneering Space Systems, and Lockheed Martin.
Steve is a recognized expert in many areas of structural analysis, including stress, fracture and fatigue, finite element modeling, loads and dynamics, random vibration, shock, and composites. He has many years of experience as a team leader and director.
